Our Studio Policies

  • We require 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. All appointments not cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service booked. No showed appointments will be charged 100% of the service booked.

  • If you are late for an appointment, we may not be able to provide the service booked and you will be charged the full cancellation fee.

  • If this is your case, we're sorry to hear that! We are happy to provide any fixes (within reason) within one week of the original appointment date. Please note that 'change of heart' appointments will be charged full price. 

  • Oribe products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Please note that sale items, gift boxes, Fanola, Olaplex, Brushes, accessories and hot tools are all final sale.

  • Hair day is about you! Not to mention, there are a lot of areas in the salon that are fragile or even dangerous. We ask that young children stay home while you’re in the salon for your appointment. We ask that any visitors you bring with you during your session are respectful of our space, and remain in our waiting area until your services are finished.
